has been active in venture capital for over 25 years. He is founder of Eehaes Participaties BV, a strategic consultancy and investment company. Since 1996 he has been an early stage angel investor following a successful 14-year career as a partner and co-founder of Atlas Venture, established in 1982. Prior to Atlas Venture he held several functions within the ING Group. Since the early 1980’s Evert has been on a number of boards of national and international companies, was also a former board member of the NVP (Dutch Venture Capital Association) and a former member of the Dutch-Fleming Technology Rating Project Group. Evert has an MSc in Business Economics from the University of Groningen. Evert is chairman of the investment committee of Solid Ventures. |

Kees Arends has until recently been CEO and President of Arriva Nederland, the Netherlands first privately owned public transportation group. He founded the company in 1994 and grew it to be the largest commercial operator in the country with contracts in rail, taxi, bus and ambulance business. Prior to Arriva, he founded 2 other services companies in the area of consulting and field marketing. Kees studied at Nijenrode Business School in Breukelen. Kees is now CEO at Albumprinter the fastest grwing ICT company in the Netherlands. |

Hubert Deitmers is co-founder and Managing Partner of Van den Ende & Deitmers. Until 2005 he was a Member of the Executive Board of Endemol, the world’s largest independent provider of content for television, telephone and computer platforms. He joined Endemol early 1996 and has played a leading role in all acquisitions completed by the company since its IPO late 1996. Prior to Endemol, Hubert has had over 8 years of international venture capital experience in Europe and the US at Atlas Venture, a leading international venture capital partnership with a focus on information technology and life science. He is a supervisory board member of several companies. He holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from the University of Eindhoven. |
