Floris van Alkemade has over 12 years of experience in venture capital, M&A, business development. He his also a general partner at NeSBIC CTe Fund, EUR 210M value added venture capital funds having invested in 38 early stage technology companies in Europe and US. In 2000 he managed the NeSBIC CTe Fund office in Silicon Valley, US. Before starting in venture capital Floris worked at Unisource NV, a pan-European telecommunications company, the investment bank MeesPierson NV and the consulting firm Andersson Elffers Felix BV. He has a Masters Degree in Business Econometrics from the Free University of Amsterdam. He is a member of the board of several companies, amongst which Avinity Systems and a director of TSOC. |

Herman DeLatte combines a strong international and operational software background with 6 years of venture capital experience. In 2000 he joined NeSBIC CTe Fund as general partner. He was previously CEO of ON Technology (Nasdaq:ONTC) in Boston for 3 years. Prior to ON Technology he was COO of Micrografx in Dallas for 3 years, after spending 3 years as senior VP and general manager of the same company’s international subsidiaries. Before joining Micrografx he served as Managing Director in major areas of Europe for Ashton-Tate Corporation. During the first 10 years of his career, he held various development, account management, sales and sales management functions at Control Data and co-founded 2 software companies in The Benelux, Ores and Madesu. Herman DeLatte holds a Graduate Degree in Computer Science from The Lindelei College in Belgium. He is a member of the board of several companies. Areas of expertise in the software business: Business Intelligence, Business Process Management and Network & Systems Management. |

Robert Wilhelm has over 20 years of experience in venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, business development and entrepreneurship. He is a partner at Van den Ende & Deitmers. He was the managing partner of NeSBIC CTe Fund, a value added venture capital group investing in early stage technology companies in Europe and USA, that he founded in 1997. He was previously a Senior Executive Mergers & Acquisitions of the pan European telecommunications joint venture Unisource NV for 4 years. Prior to Unisource, he had over 5 years of international venture capital experience at Atlas Venture in Amsterdam and Boston. He has an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management / Erasmus University and a Masters Degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam. He is a member of the board of several companies. |
